My approach in work and life is person-centred, so I consider that my success in the search and recruitment landscape is rooted in being a values-led person. The synergistic nature of this is hugely motivational for me, and is reflected in the intimate and distinct nature of Terranora Search.

2020 brought about the genesis of my firm, drawing on a background of top-tier executive search and mid-tier recruitment. This industry is built on relationships, and I have had the good fortune to build them across this country. I am committed to excellence and I deliver at the highest standards, which have earned me a reputation as a trusted partner to organisations across a variety of industries. But it is my personal connection to the social impact sector, particularly ESG causes, which reinforces my commitment to our values.

Inclusivity and integrity are the guiding principles which inform my work ethic. Put simply, I believe that embracing and celebrating all that we are as people in the world holds immense potential to generate transformative outcomes. It’s why I approach search and recruitment with an open mind, embracing new ideas and perspectives that can contribute to meaningful progress, and I learn every day. My passion for my work is genuine, and I am fortunate to find it deeply engaging and fulfilling.
